Beef Bone Broth

Ingredients
4lbs beef soup bones (frozen)
Beef liver (frozen)
3 carrots
1 onion
1 shallot
1/2 head garlic, cloves crushed
Mixed bunch of herbs
Salt
Pepper
Water
Directions
In a crockpot add all ingredients -fill crockpot with water leaving 1 inch headspace. Cook on high for 6 hours. Strain out solids using sieve. Enjoy!
*if you don't use the broth immediately, broth stays well in fridge for a few days or can freeze well.
