Pork Chops & Honey Glazed Peaches

Serves 3-5 depending on human


Ingredients

5 pork chops

Drizzle of olive oil

2 peaches, sliced

2 TBS honey

Dash salt/pepper

Sprig of lemon thyme


Directions

Salt and pepper both sides of pork chop generously. In a cast iron skillet on medium/medium high, add oil. Place all chops in skillet when oil is hot and cook until both sides of chop are golden brown and chop is cooked to your liking. Meanwhile, in another skillet, cook peaches with honey until peaches are tender and honey thickens a bit. Put chop on plate and top with peaches, honey glaze and lemon thyme. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
