Cold Smoked Maple Ham

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
5-6 lb cold smoked ham
1 cup brown sugar, divided
1/4 cup dijon mustard
3 TBS apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Directions
Add 1/2 cup brown sugar to bottom of crock pot. Place ham on top of brown sugar. In a bowl whisk together the other 1/2 cup of brown sugar and all of the other ingredients. Pour over ham. Cook on low for 8hrs. Discard bones and pull ham apart with fork and knife and serve with juices on top.
*We served ours with a healthy mac n cheese and sautéed veggies.
