Lemon Ginger Chicken Bone Broth

Ingredients
1 bag chicken backs

5 lemons, cut into thirds

3 big pieces of ginger, chopped into 2 inch pieces

Water


Directions

In a large crockpot add frozen or defrosted chicken backs, lemons and ginger. Fill to top with water leaving 1 inch headspace. Cook on high for 6 hours. Discard solids and reserve broth.
